Allianz required an idea which helped facilitate their conference stands during COVID-19. Our solution allowed their staff and brokers to book meetings as well as order coffee from a safe online platform.

The System
The technology was built as an extension of their existing website to ensure a seamless Allianz journey, giving the same trust and credibility across the touchpoints of the brand.
Features like an appointment + allocation backend as well as a coffee ordering and queuing system, allowed Allianz staff to act in an efficient and effective manner during a busy conference setting.
The Result
The digital tool helped increase interaction as well as doubled client retention and engagement on the stand, tied with collecting user data for future use and creating added value to the potential client… and who would say no to a free cuppa coffee?
