The Brief

Willis Towers Watson (WTW), a global leader in insurance, risk management, and consulting services, aimed to enhance their presence at the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) conference. They wanted to create an engaging and memorable experience for conference attendees while capturing valuable user data for follow-up by their sales team. WTW desired a digital solution that would not only entertain participants but also communicate their commitment to sustainability and reinforce their brand.

The Overview

Our team embarked on a comprehensive strategy to meet WTW’s objectives. We developed an interactive digital game that combined entertainment and education: an engaging quiz designed to test participants’ knowledge about WTW while conveying a sustainability theme. 

To ensure a smooth experience during BIBA, we conducted thorough testing and simulation runs, addressing any potential technical challenges. Additionally, we provided on-site support for setup, technical troubleshooting, and attendee engagement throughout the event.



The Result

The digital game we created for WTW exceeded expectations and delivered impressive results. The interactive game attracted 30% more visitors to the WTW stand compared to the previous year.

An impressive 86% of participants willingly provided their contact details, allowing for targeted post-event engagement. WTW’s dedication to sustainability resonated with attendees, strengthening their reputation as a socially responsible organization.
