Legal & General needed a secure, automated way for policyholders to access personalised documents without manual intervention. Their previous workflow involved fragmented data, manual validation, and slow document handling, making it difficult to scale and maintain accuracy.
We designed and built a bespoke verification and delivery system that validates user details in real time, generates personalised documents on demand, and gives L&G full control over their policy data via a dedicated internal dashboard.

The platform was developed as a custom PHP application, built for stability and maintainability. A tailored parsing engine converts uploaded policy files into a secure, structured database optimised for instant verification. The document generation module injects policy-specific details into predefined templates, ensuring accuracy for every download.
Security measures, including sanitisation routines, validation checks, and strict file-handling controls, ensure the system meets industry expectations. The lightweight architecture offers fast performance, low overhead, and a dependable foundation for future enhancements.
